Currently, the input field for presence accounts in the Admin portal has limitations. To streamline this process, we’re introducing a convenient ‘Copy’ button. With this addition, you’ll have the ability to effortlessly copy presence accounts in a few clicks.

Previously, address books were limited to the top level of the OU structure. With our latest update, you now have the flexibility to create address book in the sub-levels of the OU hierarchy. This means you can organize your address books more efficiently, aligning them with specific departments or teams. Plus, access control is now even more granular – only users with access to the corresponding OU will be able to view the address books within that sub-level.

To enhance your analytics experience, we have made several updates to the PowerBI Template. On the Caller Overview page, we’ve added a column displaying Opening Hours, providing valuable insight at a glance. Additionally, with the introduction of new modalities, we’ve included a filter for modalities on key pages like Service Overview, User Overview, Session Details, and Codes & Tags. For Caller Overview, the default Modality is Voice, ensuring seamless navigation. These enhancements reflect our commitment to empowering you with comprehensive analytics for optimized decision-making.
