Certifications

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system (QMS) and ensures that customer and regulatory requirements are met. QMS helps us to constantly question ourselves, uncover potential for improvement and continuously improve ourselves and the quality of our products. Luware is ISO 9001 certified since 2017.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS) and specifies the requirements for appropriate security mechanisms. The ISMS processes help us, among other things, to adequately protect our data and the data of our customers. Furthermore, the management system helps to ensure the integrity and availability of the data and our IT systems. Luware is ISO 27001 certified since 2020.

Microsoft Teams certified

Luware is a Microsoft certified vendor for contact center solutions for Teams. Luware’s contact center solutions are built on the ‘Extend’ model: they are integrated with the Teams client using the Teams client platform, Teams Graph APIs and Cloud Communications API in Microsoft Graph. The Teams phone system is used for all contact center calls and call control experiences.

Awards

Verint EMEA Compliance Partner 2018, 2020 & 2022

In 2018, 2020, and 2022 Luware was awarded EMEA Compliance Partner of the Year. The award acknowledges the work Luware does to help customers get the maximum from any solution as well as providing the full service for Verint Financial Compliance.

CAT Award CCW 2018

Luware was the first company to win the newly founded CAT Award in the category digitalization at the Call Center World in Berlin in 2018. The awarded project showcased the use of Microsoft Hololens for supervisors in the contact center allowing them to listen, whisper and participate in calls of the agent with the customers.

Microsoft Partner of the Year

Luware was named Microsoft Partner of the Year in 2012. Microsoft acknowledged Luware’s high engagement regarding know-how transfer and applauded the LUCS contact center solution based on Microsoft Lync.

Best Cloud Service

The 2021 computing Technology Product Awards applauded Luware Nimbus’s modern architecture and named it the Best Cloud Service.
