We are looking for as soon as possible for a Full Stack Software Engineer, as additional support for our outstanding Development Team in Switzerland. In this very interesting role, you will be able to actively shape our product and integrate your ideas and thereby contribute to the success of Luware.
Specifically, for a given feature, your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders/POs to gather requirements, documenting the design and undergoing team reviews, implementing the design, generating unit tests for your modifications, overseeing the deployment of the new feature, and incorporating additional monitoring and metrics as required for the feature. In essence, you will have complete ownership of your feature from its inception to completion. In a leadership capacity within our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting best practices and providing guidance to junior engineers.
