Luware Announces Leadership Change
Serge Gansner will manage Luware's operations as interim CEO until a permanent successor to Philipp Beck is found.
After 14 years of leading Luware as co-founder and CEO, Philipp Beck has decided to step back from the operational side of the business on February 5, 2024. Serge Gansner will manage Luware's operations as interim CEO until a permanent successor to Philipp Beck is found. Beck will focus on strategically leading Luware into the next growth phase as a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors. Beck says, "Leading the growth and expansion of Luware as CEO has been the most rewarding chapter of my life. I am proud of the strong team we have built and confident in their ability to lead Luware into the future. My attention will now shift to guiding Luware through strategic decisions as a shareholder and board member." Beck's business acumen has been instrumental in growing Luware from a bachelor's thesis to an internationally recognized player in the contact center industry. Under his visionary leadership, the company evolved from an on-premises solution provider to a Software-as-a-Service service provider that today helps more than 750 organizations simplify their customer communications. Karel Strub, Chairman of the Board, says: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Philipp for his outstanding leadership and dedication to the company. His contributions have been instrumental in building a solid foundation for Luware and preparing the company for its next phase of growth. While we search for a permanent successor, Serge's expertise as a trusted advisor to the management team will effectively guide Luware through this transition.” Gansner is the founder of E2E Technologies and has held several senior IT management positions in the Swiss banking sector. He is also an Executive Leadership Coach and has already established a close relationship with the Luware management team as a trusted advisor. Under Serge's leadership, Luware will continue to deliver the highest quality Contact Center as a Service and Compliance Recording as a Service solutions.
