Enterprise Connect brings together North America's leading communications, collaboration and customer experience (CX) experts. This year's event took place in Orlando, Florida from 17-20 March and showcased the latest innovations from top solution providers. Major technology players such as Microsoft, Google and Zoom were also on hand to discuss their latest developments.
Microsoft introduces Teams Phone extensibility
One of the most exciting announcements from Microsoft is Teams Phone extensibility, which allows a deeper integration between Teams Phone and ACS. With this new technology, ISVs can now fully utilize ACS as the underlying communication platform together with Teams. This unlocks powerful new features such as web-based real-time communication, built-in recording, multichannel communication, and scalable AI capabilities.
