Serge Gansner

Chief Executive Officer

Serge Gansner is an experienced businessman. Before founding E2E Technologies, he held a number of executive-level IT management positions in the Swiss banking sector. Following the sale of his company, he took on board and foundation mandates. He also consults with boards and management teams as an executive leadership coach.

Michael Jakob

Chief Technical Officer

Michael Jakob is co-founder and CTO of Luware. As a graduate of the University of Rapperswil, his bachelor thesis laid the foundation for the products LUCS and TeamManager, which quickly showed a market demand and led to the foundation of Luware in 2010. Since then, Michael has not only been responsible for the technical development of Luware's contact center solutions but also designed and specified the latest SaaS Product Nimbus from Scratch with his produce engineering team.

Sabrina Deakin

Chief Operating Officer

Sabrina Deakin, Chief Operating Officer at Luware, trained as a lawyer and has many years of international experience in operations, legal, risk and compliance. Sabrina leads Luware’s group-wide corporate services teams, and her leadership is instrumental in driving scalability through the organization.

David Fischer

Chief Sales Officer

As Chief Sales Officer at Luware, David Fischer brings over two decades of expertise in customer service and IT solutions. Joining the company in 2015, he swiftly rose through the ranks, showcasing a keen ability to align Luware's offerings with market needs. His strategic leadership has been crucial in sculpting Luware's growth trajectory, ensuring that the solution portfolio not only meets but anticipates customer demands. David champions a collaborative team environment, driving innovation and ensuring the team's efforts resonate directly with client success.

James Cadman

Chief Customer Officer

James Cadman, Luware's Chief Customer Officer brings over 15 years of experience in the telecoms and unified communications industries. His background in transformation and leadership has enabled him to reimagine Luware's service offering, ensuring customers achieve their business goals from onboarding all the way through the customer lifecycle. His leadership in building scalable teams has been pivotal to meeting the demands of Luware's growth.

Arno Müller

Chief Financial Officer

Arno Müller, Chief Financial Officer at Luware, is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant, CFA Charterholder and CMA. Arno brings a wealth of financial and accounting experience to Luware, having previously held senior consulting roles at ZETRA International and Deloitte in M&A, corporate finance, and financial audit. With his expertise in strategic business planning and financial reporting, he is leading Luware on a long-term path of sustainable growth.

Alexander Grafetsberger

Chief Business Officer, Luware Recording (CBO)

Alexander Grafetsberger is the CBO of Luware Recording and Managing Director of Luware UK. His journey at Luware, which began as a systems engineer in 2013, has been one of continuous advancement. His deep knowledge of technology and keen understanding of customer-specific business needs has been instrumental in shaping the architecture and resilience of Luware’s contact center and recording solutions.
