What is the Luware Nimbus Power Automate Connector?
The Luware Nimbus Power Automate Connector allows you to connect Luware Nimbus, the cloud-based contact center solution, with Microsoft Power Automate. You can trigger Power Automate flows based on various Luware Nimbus events, such as workflow decisions or parameter updates, and push data to Luware Nimbus which can then be used further in workflow and routing decisions or to provide agents with more context on the existing conversation. External applications can trigger conversations in Luware Nimbus, such as starting an outbound call campaign or routing external tasks to agents, while also allowing you to retrieve information from a Luware Nimbus task for further processing, such as AI-driven text analysis for email or chat conversations.Typical Use Cases for Power Automate
- Caller identification: pushing a conversation context with caller information and internal Links to Luware Nimbus
- Automation: parameter-based Routing and Parameter-based announcements or messages
- Routing: Outbound campaigns
- Routing: External task routing for tickets or tasks from 3rd party systems
- AI: Email and Chat text content analysis with AI
- Retrieving live call metrics such as duration, current queue position, connected agent or IVR choices.
What Are the Benefits of the Certified Power Automate Connector?
The Luware Nimbus Power Automate Connector has now been certified by Microsoft and is available in all Microsoft Datacenters. This means that the connector has passed rigorous testing and validation by Microsoft and meets the highest standards of quality, security, and performance. The new certified connector has the following advantages for partners and customers:- It speeds up flow implementation because the new connector can be used simply inside MS Power Automate or Microsoft Logic Apps without installing anything prior.
- It makes it easier to implement flows, as the connection triggers and events are easier to understand.
- It allows for quicker testing out integrations with Luware Nimbus.
- It provides better integration with the Microsoft Eco System (within Copilot Studio, Power Apps or other services) as the certified connector follows standard implementation rules.
Templates
In the following weeks, Luware will submit flow templates, which will then be available in Power Automate and can be used in one click. Templates will add additional advantages:- More speed: implementation of flows in one click
- More ease: templates are an addition to our knowledge base use cases
- More enablement: more customers will build an integration
