Selected Features

Fast transfers

Attendants can transfer calls with one click. Based on previous transfers, our attendant console predicts the most probable target recipients. If the recipient doesn’t pick up the call, it returns to the attendants’ queue. Calls can be transferred to Exchange contacts, phone numbers or to Microsoft Teams users or teams.

Colleagues’ availability

In the contact list, the attendants or receptionist can easily check their colleagues’ Microsoft Teams presence state and Outlook calendars. They can also send them an email or start a chat before transferring calls.

Get the right person

With the consultative call, attendants can get information from colleagues while putting the customer on hold. If necessary, they can merge the calls to have both the customer and the colleague on the same line. Any person can safely leave the call – the others will stay connected.

Managing contacts

The contact list shows all the contacts from Office 365, Exchange as well as teams from Stratus Team. Contacts and teams can be marked as favorites so that they always appear at the top. Furthermore, the list shows the most popular transfer targets for the caller to further optimize call transfers.

Multiple service lines

Attendants or receptionists can serve multiple teams or service lines – external service numbers and internal help desks alike. The incoming calls are consolidated in one call queue and prioritized according to Stratus Team. Attendants see the queued calls per service line and can enable themselves to take calls from there.

Perfectly integrated

Our attendant console can either be used seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Teams or in a browser as web application. It works hand in hand with Stratus Team to manage teams, set up service lines and configure routing of incoming calls.
