Calls to service numbers are routed through Stratus Team directly to the respective Microsoft Team users. With Stratus Team, service requests can be automatically distributed to responsible teams and, depending on Microsoft Team presence status, delivered to the respective team member. End users use only the Team Client. An additional softphone or a CTI application is not needed.
