Luware Wins Contact Center Tender of the Swiss Federal Government

Luware wins the GATT/WTO Contact Center Tender of the Swiss Federal Government with its Skype for Business solutions. The Swiss company with 10 years of experience in customer service software is pleased to optimize the communication of the Federal Government and simplify communication with its citizens in times of bots and artificial intelligence.

Philipp Beck, CEO of the Luware Group states: “A very special moment, a milestone in our history. As a Swiss company that emerged as a spin-off from Rapperswil University less than 10 years ago, we are proud to announce the Swiss Federal Government as a customer today. We are pleased to be able to use our products to optimize the communication of the Federal Government and simplify communication with its citizens in times of bots and artificial intelligence.”

In the project Contact Center UCC the Federal Government wants to replace the existing Contact Center and Switchboard solution with modern applications of Luware, in order to extend the functionality of their current communication platform Microsoft Skype for Business, which is installed at the federal administration and its connected enterprises.

The Luware solution will support communication methods such as web chat, telephony, video, Skype, social media channels and bots, contribute to simplifying internal and external communication and improve the services towards citizens. Luware will be responsible for the introduction of the system, the training of employees and will actively support the federal offices with the system operation and maintenance. This is a substantial project with revenues of double-digit millions.

“We are pleased to optimize the communication of the Federal Government and simplify communication with its citizens.”
