System Engineer with TAM Function (m/f/d)

We’re looking as soon as possible, for a curious System Engineer for our brand new branch office in the Heart of London, that is excited about leaving the beaten path and learn new things. You will manage technically customer accounts, manage and deliver customer projects and help them to implement our calling and contact center solutions effectively. Are you up for a new challenge? Your responsibilities
  • You are customer and solution focused and enjoy technical tasks
  • You listen to the customer and can translate customer needs into a solution
  • You support our customers in reaching their goals
  • You bring in your ideas, optimize internal and external processes, and drive them forward
  • You proactively analyze and process customer/partner feedback and incidents and assist with our on-call service
  • You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical teams to ensure the most effective implementation of technology solutions
Your skills
  • Education in the field of computer science, business informatics or similar (apprenticeship/university of applied science/higher technical college) or equivalent experience with Contact Center solutions in the field of “Voice”or”Recording”
  • Experience in enterprise support, preferably at L3
  • Experience in project delivery
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 is a benefit
  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
  • You seek challenges and personal responsibility
  • Excellent English, German would be a great asset, but not mandatory
