Full-time | Switzerland or remote Partner Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Global Partner Manager to grow relationships with existing channel and technology partners. We are passionate about helping businesses create customer experiences that exceed expectations and are looking for a Partner Manager to help our partners bring that enthusiasm across to their customers. You are responsible for finding, signing, and engaging new partners with the focus of making these relationships mutually beneficial. You’ll help to create structure and processes for our partnership program and identify our ideal partner profiles.

Your responsibilities
  • You represent our brand and serve as partners’ liaison, making sure they have a great experience working with us
  • Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with new and existing partners
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and develop the partnership further
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Create standardized partner training and go-to-market materials with marketing
  • Collaborate with our partners and internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, legal, and engineering) to optimize joint selling, delivery, and support
Your skills
  • Minimum four years of experience in partner management and development in the tech industry
  • Prior experience building and scaling partnership programs and ecosystems
  • Knowledge about the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Skilled communicator of technical information to a wide variety of audiences, including executives, sales, marketing, and engineering
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English. French is a plus
