Luware is still incredibly growing! Do you want to join our international engineering team to develop Nimbus, a contact center solution based on the latest Microsoft technologies like Teams? We are looking as soon as possible for a mid-senior level software testing engineer to strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities
  • Take part in the entire development process: from design, planning to the development, quality assurance and finally the deployment to production
  • Collaborate with the product owner, scrum master, developers and fellow Testing engineers to advance our modular customer service suite, Luware Nimbus
  • Requirements analysis
  • Functional testing of a call center solution integrated into Microsoft Teams, both in the Teams client and as a standalone web solution
  • Create, update, and execute test cases
  • Plan of testing activities, strategies, and risks
  • Identify, report and track product defects
  • Assist the development team with identifying problematic areas
  • Assist in 3rd level support cases of production environments
  • Participate in production update
Your skills
  • Strong experience in functional manual testing for 3+ years
  • Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and activities related to each phase
  • Experience with databases/ data migrations and writing SQL requests queries, rest API and BE testing via postman, swagger or any other tools
  • Experience with the creation and execution of test cases
  • Experienced in requirements analysis
  • Experience in agile-developed systems from the phase of requirements gathering to support in production
  • Strong communicator with fluent English skills& Polish on conversational level
  • Holder of a resident permit absolutely mandatory, please note; only B2B contract possible
  • Self-organizing and investigative and curious mindset
  • Ability to follow and enhance procedures
