For our top modern, newly remodelled head office in Zurich-West, we are looking for as soon as possible, for an ambitious personality, as additional support for our outstanding System Engineering Team. In this very interesting role, you will be able to actively shape our product and integrate your ideas and thereby contribute to the success of

Your responsibilities

  • Ownership of customer success small and medium projects or changes
  • Contribute towards medium to large size projects as part of a project team
  • Lead in the project lifecycle of customer statement of works, in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including, design, deployment, configuration, support
  • Deliver test plans, high level designs, network diagrams or any other project documentation requested as part of the project lifecycle
  • Configure and maintain our Luware and/or Verint services in both the customer on-premises environment and Luware SaaS platforms
  • Deliver high-quality support services to our customers
  • Independent and efficient handling of assigned support requests
  • Take full ownership and control of a support case without supervision while continuously improving the level of support to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Takes over responsibility for providing Level 2 to Luwares customers with a high level of expertise and exceptional quality of service
  • Train internal teams, customers and/or partners on Luware processes or products and services
  • Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

Your skills

  • Education in the field of computer science, business informatics or similar
  • Minimum 1 year experience in enterprise support, preferably at Level 2
  • Customer-focused mindset, able to listen to customer or partner problems and understand the impact issues can have on a partner or the customer
  • Experience with communications platforms, such as Microsoft Teams is a big plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively while learning technical concepts rapidly and proactively
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
  • Possess a passion for investigating technical issues, including ambiguous and complex problems
  • Strong communication skills in English and (Swiss-) German both technical and non-technical stakeholders
