IT Business Analyst (m/w/d) 80-100%

We are growing! Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst who is looking for a new challenge, or a Salesforce or SAP consultant that wants to change sides? Luware is a fast-growing SaaS software company and a worldwide network of customers. We are looking for a self-driven professional in Zürich or London, who wants to optimize our processes, thinks ahead, streamline our tool chain regarding customer management and wants to grow with our company.

Your responsibilities
  • Project co-lead and platform co-owner for our business systems: CRM (Salesforce and Pardot), ERP (SAP Business ByDesign), Customer success (Totango), subscription management and billing (Chargify), customer service (Freshdesk) and E-Signature (DocuSign)
  • Interface between IT, business departments, and external service providers
  • System configurations, small changes and permission management
  • Coordination with external providers for bigger projects
  • Analysis of business requirements and technical processes throughout the entire value chain
  • Further development, optimizations, and customizations of our business processes regarding customer management systems
  • Design, specification, and maintenance of the systems
  • Testing, documentation, support, technical guidance, and training
Your skills
  • Education in Business Information Technology or similar (University of applied science, higher technical college, or University)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience in project management and execution in agile environments
  • Experience with process analysis, process and solution design, and requirements engineering in CRM/customer management systems
  • Understanding of interconnected processes across multiple systems
  • Team-oriented, independent, and proactive way of working
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) German is a plus
