It’s happening: Commsverse 2021 – The Microsoft Teams Conference

Commsverse is a UK’s leading conference solely dedicated to Microsoft Teams. Commsverse was founded in 2019 by a small group of Microsoft Teams Community members who wanted to create a platform for organizations and people that are redefining the way businesses collaborate with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. Unfortunately, being scheduled for April 2020, the first event fell amid the Coronavirus pandemic and had to be moved online. This year the situation in the UK is looking more promising and Commsverse is committed to delivering an in-person conference to strengthen bonds between the community. If you can’t make it in person, you still participate virtually, as all events will also be streamed online.

Meet us at Commsverse

Commsverse will take place from September 15th and 16th at the Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey. Online events will start from September 1st. Luware will be one of 40 exhibitors present on site. Stop by for a chat or a quick demo.

Speaker Session with James Cadman – Online or in-person

Listen to our speaker session with James Cadman. In this brutally honest session, James will discuss the challenges of using Teams Voice for customer service and will provide insights from experiences and success stories. Whether it’s about replacing a PBX, long overdue APIs, or struggling to take calls in the contact center. Because we can now laugh about our past mishaps, we want to share these stories to prevent you from doing the same mistakes. James will also debunk the term ‘native’ and show you that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
