2022 Year in Review

Here’s our attempt to wrap up 2022, and what a year it was. Looking back, we might be inclined to think of the many crises that currently seem omnipresent and often keep us up at night. But especially in such turbulent times, it is useful to change our perspective and ask ourselves what went well. Here are some of our highlights:

Better Communication Across the Board

Nimbus is helping more organizations than ever before to communicate more effectively. In 2022 we onboarded 699 new customers and recorded 2.2 million sessions per month across 22,735 users. But since quantity isn’t everything, we are pleased that our NPS score of 53 shows that our customers are also happy with the quality of Luware Nimbus.

Moving Forward With Compliance

We’re not only helping organizations communicate better, but also help them to stay compliant. Our work in this sphere was rewarded by Verint, who crowned us Compliance Partner of the Year. We also made a step forward by implementing a new cluster in Germany for Luware Recording, which now allows customers to capture and store their recording data in the European Union.

Growing Interest

Interest in Luware and our mission to connect organizations with their employees is growing. Almost 5,000 people follow us on LinkedIn, and over 94,000 people visited our website in 2022. It’s exciting to see so many of you share our vision and we’re especially happy that we could welcome 25 new Luwarians to help us move forward.
