2021 end of year reflections

As 2021 draws to a close, we want to thank all our amazing employees, partners, and customers for their sustained efforts throughout these challenging times. We are grateful for your continued support and look forward to more exciting projects in the future. We wish you happy holidays and a healthy new year.

Prior to the most recent Corona wave, we had a chance to catch up with some employees and ask them to reflect on their year. Here is what they drew/said.

2021 was largely spent in home office, but with our pug Gina I always had a loyal companion.
In many respects a turbulent and challenging year with many insights, impressions, and experiences. Two big highlights: My bike tours in France and Spain and getting to know my team and other Luwarians better despite all the adverse circumstances. They have become real friends.
The year turned out more colourful and versatile than expected despite Corona still being around. This sketch shows some highlight such as Ski touring, hiking, swimming in the river Limmat at 7° to 13°, a lot of bike commutes as well as the legendary belated 10-year Luware birthday party trip. Lastly, not to forget, the lunch and afterwork breaks at the office (whilst they were allowed) with the bunch!
The picture is to be understood retrospectively. When everything has been straightened and standardized by Corona, people will wonder how life was before.
