The communications channels are connected directly with the Skype for Business infrastructure used in your company, integrating customer service into the corporate website.
Customers do not have to call a phone number or install software to communicate with the company. On the website, customers decide on the communications channel they wish to use (chat, audio, or video) and are connected directly to the desired service.
The new Co-browsing feature of RTC Launcher allows to share a customer’s browser in real-time. Agents can guide the customer and draw to highlight certain areas. It also allows to share documents securely. The customer has the possibility to hand over control at any time.

Some minor adjustments on agent’s site are needed in order to receive the cobrowsing session in the conversation context of Skype for Business.
