Last week, customers and partners were invited to our first Luware Meet & Greet in London. In our new office, they gathered to get hot information about Luware’s customer service vision, our current solutions, firsthand news from Ignite and the journey to transform customer interactions. The cozy Luware office in the historic building of Wapping Warf was the perfect environment for networking and the party to wrap up a successful event.
Philipp Beck, Luware CEO, shared the latest news right from the Microsoft Ignite in Orlando about customer service and collaboration compliance for Microsoft Teams. He discussed the ‘classic’ view of the contact center and explained the new possibilities which arise with Microsoft Teams. Furthermore, he showed Luware’s customer service vision which will soon become reality with Luware Nimbus.
