Last week, customers and partners were invited to our first Luware Meet & Greet in London. In our new office, they gathered to get hot information about Luware’s customer service vision, our current solutions, firsthand news from Ignite and the journey to transform customer interactions. The cozy Luware office in the historic building of Wapping Warf was the perfect environment for networking and the party to wrap up a successful event.
Philipp Beck, Luware CEO, shared the latest news right from the Microsoft Ignite in Orlando about customer service and collaboration compliance for Microsoft Teams. He discussed the ‘classic’ view of the contact center and explained the new possibilities which arise with Microsoft Teams. Furthermore, he showed Luware’s customer service vision which will soon become reality with Luware Nimbus.
In the break-out sessions, participants were able to dive deeper into the various solutions Luware has to offer. The CEO Philipp Beck himself presented the preview of our youngest product Nimbus. The Azure-based customer service solution is natively integrated into Teams and will leverage the possibilities of the Microsoft ‘Azure’ cloud coupled with a cloud-based contact center solution.
James Cadman, Head of Professional Services for Luware UK, presented a preview of the cloud-based attendant console for Microsoft Teams. Therewith, employees can easily transfer calls in Microsoft Teams to other users based on their presence state and calendar availability. With simple controls, calls can be forwarded very efficiently.
Alexander Grafetsberger, Executive Director of Luware UK, introduced customers to the possibility to capture, analyze, store and retrieve interactions from Microsoft Teams. He presented the Financial Compliance solution from Luware’s technology partner Verint. Attendees had their questions answered by Luwarians and the experts from Verint who also attended the event.
After the break-out sessions, Alex showed how Luware can support the transformation of customer interactions and the smooth transition from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams.
The event was closed in style with great Italian food, hand-crafted cocktails and lively interactions between our customers, partners and Luwarians.
